Wellness-led residences I follow

A short list of projects, with the reason each one is worth your attention.

The right choice is always the right unit, so I look at orientation, specification, pricing, payment plan, service charges and the surroundings before advising you.

01 · Fahid Island · Abu Dhabi

Fahid Island

Aldar · Master-planned community

Fahid is worth following because wellness is being considered at neighbourhood scale: coast, landscape, movement and daily access are part of the masterplan rather than isolated amenities inside one building.

The Wilds

Aldar · Villa community

The Wilds stands out because its health and environmental claims are tied to recognised third-party standards. Certification is a useful starting point; the specific villa, plot and micro-location still determine the lived and financial outcome.

EYWA

R.Evolution · Branded residence

EYWA is a useful case study in how far a wellness thesis can shape architecture and materials. Developer claims are not treated as proof: layouts, specifications, servicing and the immediate canal-side context still require independent review.

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

Select Group · Six Senses · Branded residence

The investment case is inseparable from the operating promise: brand, wellness spaces and resident programming only create durable value if service quality, charges and daily use support the proposition after handover.
